Health is Wealth

Engaging in healthy behaviors while staying at home during this pandemic will help your bodies physically/emotionally/mentally, reduce stress, and boost your immune system.

 

 

Here are some examples of why physical health is vital.

 

  1. If you are staying home a lot, try and cook healthy meals instead of getting fast food most nights.
  2. Exercise and do physical activities, for cardio consider aerobics, and pushups and sit-ups for physical strength.
  3. Stay sanitized, wash your hands, and practice social distancing. (At least 6 feet)
